Other features for this popular pan include a filter, filter extension, gasket and drain port with magnetic drain plug for clean and easy servicing. Also includes a 1/8-inch NPT temperature sensor port for easily adding a temp gauge for monitoring transmission temperatures while daily driving, towing or racing. Includes detailed instructions with all necessary hardware for an easy at home installation. This console version fits 1982-1992 Camaro and Firebirds (does not fit 1988-1992 Formula Firebird consoles.) The look and feel of the T-handle and accordion style shift boot really shows off the racing heritage of the MegaShifter. Other features include 5-foot shifter cable, cable brackets, transmission shift levers, black top console plate with lighted gear indicator and everything needed for an easy at home installation. An optional T-handle with a 12-volt button is available separately for actuating a trans-brake, nitrous oxide or other accessories for the hard-core performance enthusiast. - The B&M Shift Improver kits feature two options to recalibrating your 1982-1993 GM TH700R4/4L60 automatic transmissions. First is the HEAVY DUTY set-up, giving you firm positive shifts without loss of driver comfort for improved performance in all street vehicles. This is a great option for performance street driving or towing. The second is our STREET/STRIP set-up. Be warned, this will deliver firm positive shifts you will feel, along with easily chirping the tires when shifting somewhat aggressively. This setting is recommend for high performance street/strip use, or for competitive events when you want the hardest, quickest shifts possible from a shift improver kit. Note: Does not fit GM TH4L60E (electronic) transmissions.
